I was quoted a price when I called for the appointment. I was fine with that quote. When the man arrived, he said did I want to pay $30 for deodorizing. I agreed to do so. When I got the bill, he had added scotchgarding for another $160. and said that I had agreed to it. I hadn't. I paid it only because he became argumentative and I didn't want to deal with that. Anyway, needless to say, I'm not happy with an over $400 payment for something I expected to cost $190.

April and Jay were on time, fast, efficient and thorough. Furniture was protected and they were knowledgable. April has been doing this for 20 years. Thank you for a job well done. |

They came (on time), they saw (a very dirty carpet and stairs after 10 years), they conquered (looks close to new).
A great job on a very dirty carpet done very efficiently and thoroughly.
April and Jay are hard working professionals with knowledge and integrity.
